04 Who builds it
Knows the standard from the inside — and writes the software.
More than 20 years of quality-management practice across medicine, forensics and manufacturing, with the deepest experience in ISO/IEC 17025 and further work with ISO 15189, ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO 9001. Former Quality Systems Manager of a major Riga hospital laboratory service, and holder of a professional master's degree in total quality management.
